We are open for mass.  Our numbers are well within seating capacity as required by the Diocese.   We do encourage you to be cautious about your interaction with others. Please consider wisely participating at mass, especially for those in increased risk categories because of health condition or age, is a good decision for you.
We will continue to pray for each other for protection from COVID-19 virus.

Fr. Jim and the St Thomas Parish Council

Guidelines for the resumption of Masses
The Diocese of Madison has announced guidelines for the resumption of public masses September 27th. As with almost all changes in this period, it is an effort to balance safety with a return to public gathering.
We ask for your cooperation in the following for the safety of others.

According to Diocesan guidelines, the following are “encouraged to remain at home”:
1.Those at elevated risk due to health or age
       2.
All who have any symptoms of illness
3.All who have contact with a COVID-19 positive patient

Those attending will agree to the following Diocesan Guidelines:
        1. Six foot physical distancing during, entering, leaving, seating and communion procession
        2. Seating will be available only in every other pew
        3. Masks are “required per State mandate” for use by everyone (Please bring your own mask.)

4. There will be no congregational singing
        5. There will be no sign of peace
        6. Envelopes and donations will be left in a basket in the back of church

If you choose and feel it is not an unreasonable health risk, you may receive communion. Please follow the Ushers directions in only one line per aisle.
